Join us as we head to The Coromandel for a 3 night Retreat.

Surrendering ourselves to nature, stillness, movement through yoga, mindfulness, nature walks, a day of silence and so much more!
We will learn how to nourish ourselves from the inside out, by practicing different rituals, eating the most nourishing of foods, meditation, journaling and deep relaxation.
Staying at the beautiful Dharma Gaia we will have the opportunity to walk to the beautiful Sanctuary, explore New Chums beach and be fully present and supported in our mindfulness practice.
