Come and join us for our Queenstown Spring Retreat 5th- 8th November

It doesn't matter if you are new to yoga & wellness or have a lot of experience, this is a retreat that will reset you from the inside out! Come and join us for a life changing weekend!
We will stay at The Sherwood Hotel - the great environmentally friendly hotel over looking Lake Wakatipu. Eating from their own vege garden, enjoying their hospitality, practicing yoga daily and doing activities that will enliven your senses + personal experiences.

Arrive on Thursday 1st October check in after 2pm.
We will practice a 4pm yin class together followed by an early supper and evening by the fire. .

We will do a nice calming yin yoga class with deep relaxation.

This retreat only has a small number of availabilities 10 people max. This is because we like to keep our numbers small so we can focus on everyone and enjoy an intimate group.
About the host:
Jessemey Bank is a yoga, meditation and wellness teacher. She has been teaching yoga and wellness for 7 years. She loves helping other people to become the best version of themselves by understanding their own physical bodies and energetic gifts. She believes you can heal yourself from the inside out by practising yoga, eating nourishing foods and bringing kindness & awareness into your everyday world.
